Introducing the Knowledge Base
The Syllabus Geeks are committed to providing top-line support to further our great user experience. Because of this, we are introducing a brand new, centralized support site, complete with robust and interactive help articles, a ticketing system, idea suggestions and voting, and community forums.
The centerpiece of the Concourse Support Center is the Knowledge Base. Here, you will find a collection of answers to typical Concourse questions, covering a wide range of topics that are guaranteed to improve your Concourse experience. Articles like “How do I create an audit report?” will teach you step-by-step how to use every Concourse, provide suggestions for designing templates, answer questions about security, guide you through your implementation, and more.
To get the most from the Support Center, first login to Concourse. Then, click Support in the footer to gain access all the forums, leave comments, and participate in the community.
